Our Beer
Our Brewery
The Brewhouse is originally a German design by Huppman Co. LTD, imported by Eresson JSC, Hanoi. Each batch produced through the Brewhouse is 500 Liters (5 hectoliters in brewing terms) and takes about 5 hours to process. The brewers will complete two batches on a brewing day, and these will both be processed into one stainless steel fermentation vessel.
